Welcome to the Rebecca Sevier Waddell Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR), website.  We are a group of women focused on historic preservation, education, and patriotism. Our chapter was established on February 4, 2017.

Who we are: We are a group of proud patriotic women.

What we do: We focus on preserving history through education and patriotism.

Why join the DAR? It is a great way to serve others and demonstrate patriotic pride.

We are nestled in Madison County, which is also known as the Jewel of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  We take pride in that title and in which our area was founded.  Even though we are a young chapter, we work extremely hard to assist our Madison County schools in educating our children on the benefits we have because of the men and women who have fought and who continue to fight for our freedom.
